David has had 20 years experience teaching the A Level syllabus at Prior Park College in Bath, King Edward's School, Bath, where he was head of A Level music studies, and, more recently, at Reeds School in Surrey. His particular speciality is the teaching of harmony, counterpoint, and composition.
David has taught ABRSM Music Theory up to and including grade 8 for over 25 years and has been notably succesful in this particular sphere, especially grade 5
